I had a traumatic experience involving running that wound up controlling my life. I refused to run on treadmills, for fun, or even in races. Even though there was nothing medically/physically wrong with me I could not shake this. I came to Kathy at a point in my life when had “run” out of options. She helped me retake control of my life. In fact I just ran 8+ miles the other day and I felt great! If someone was curious about hypnosis I would tell them they must lose the “stereotype” idea of what hypnosis actually is because I recommend anyone who has an issue in their life that they just can’t overcome to give hypnosis a try, you have nothing to lose and your life to regain! Also, you must do your “homework” because Kathy will show you the way but you need to do it. Kathy is very personable and genuinely caring. She is easy to open up to and is one of the most positive people I have ever met! Kathy thank you for helping me over come one of my greatest obstacles, myself! I am forever grateful!

After at least a year of chart work and then 6 months of counseling to no avail, I turned to hypnosis to see if it would help with my child’s fears. After only 3 visits with Kathy, my child has been able to accomplish things they weren’t able to do for a very long time (over a year)! Kathy’s approach is calm, soothing and flexible; she can gauge how the session is going and adjust her approach depending on the responses that she gets. It was an amazing process to witness and the outcome has been fabulous! I only wish we had tried it sooner!!!
